Description   Talon. Murky red and caustic green. They meet and form a pithy brown and then fade away in their respective colors to lighten then darken again. I wanted this one for a pair of knee high stockings. The colors were inspired by the sentient ship in Farscape. Festive.  The festive gleam of the silk in this plush roving brings a happy vibe to your spinning or felting. The silk takes dye (unlike tencel and bamboo) but slightly differently than the merino does so it shows its pretty face as well as adding strength to your yarn. Yup, it’s super yummy! Statistics 80% Fine Merino wool, 20% Tussah Silk. 4 oz
