|Do you ship to my country?|
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
We charge the amount calculated by the US Postal Service.
|How do I return my product?|
|Each of our products is dyed to order. Therefore, they cannot be returned.
If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) at email@example.com.
We definitely want you to be a happy customer.
|What is your return policy?|
|We want you to be happy with whatever you buy from us. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, return it to us (at your expense) in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it and you will receive store credit for the full purchase price. Shipping will not be credited.

|When will my order ship?|
Nearly everything is dyed to order and we are grateful to our wonderful customers who keep us so busy!
Our current turn around time on orders has typically been three to four weeks.
All orders will ship within four weeks (maybe sooner!).
