How do I return an item?
All of our products are dyed to order. Therefore, unfortunately they are not refundable.
If you feel you have received a defective product, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the item.
If you are not pleased with something you have ordered, it is typically very easy to de-stash most anything on Ravelry.
We definitely want all of our customers to be happy!
