Below are all the colorways currently being dyed to order as evolutions.
What is an Evolution? One long and gradual shift in color over the entire skein of yarn. At any point the variation in color from stitch to stitch is minor, just a pleasant dappling, but over the length of the completed garment the total change in color is phenomenal! Evolutions are my favorite invention to date.
70 grams is the smallest quantity of yarn that I can dye in an evolution. Therefore, that is the size of a single skein. Depending on your project, you might need multiple skeins. Please check your pattern carefully and order the right yardage to show off this unique and fun yarn!
If you order multiple skeins, we assume you want them dyed in one long color change over the total yardage. If you want the full color change on each skein (i.e. for two matching knee socks) please write us a note in the 'order comments' during check out.
This yarn is sent to you in a center-pull cake. If you know which end you want in the center, please note that in the comments section at check out.
