Colorway: Ankh.Brown and Turquoise make a wonderful team! Ankh variegates from purplish brown chocolate and mossy green to several shades of earthy turquoise with hints of amber and cobalt blue. I was reading an Egyptian series and listening to Terry Pratchett novels (but not at the same time!) when designing this colorway. Ankh was the only thing they had in common.
Skein Design: Mutating Variegate.
Self-Patterning and Variegated together at last! This design combines the
loveliness of variegated, hand-painted yarn with its characteristic speckles of
color with patterning yarn. So it’s variegated throughout, but the colors
that make up the variegation change and mutate as you knit! Looks amazing
with texture stitch patterns, plain stockinette in Striping and Evolution
yarns, and *amazing* in lacey shawls from an Evolution cake! This
addictive skein design is easy to work with but hard to put down, you’ll want
to keep knitting to see what comes next!
